Draft. These terms are being reviewed and the operating entity is not yet finalised. Anything in square brackets is unresolved.
Terms of Service
Last updated 8 September 2026
The agreement
These terms are between you and [operating entity — sole trader or registered company] (“LeadInBio”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them. If you are using LeadInBio for an organisation, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.
What the service is
LeadInBio lets you build a public page holding links, media and a contact form, and delivers submissions from that form to you by email and to any webhook you configure.
Beta
LeadInBio is in private beta and currently free. During beta: features may change or be withdrawn, data may occasionally be lost, and we do not offer an uptime guarantee. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — you can export leads to CSV at any time.
We will give existing users notice before charging begins, and you can stop using the service at that point without owing anything.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16 to hold an account.
Your content, and what you may not publish
You keep ownership of everything you put on your page. You grant us only the permission needed to host and display it as part of running the service.
Because a bio link is a redirect, it is an attractive tool for abuse. You may not use LeadInBio to:
- impersonate a person, brand or organisation, or link to pages that do;
- phish for credentials, payment details or identity documents, or distribute malware;
- publish content that is illegal where you or your visitors are;
- publish sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, or material that harasses a specific person;
- send unsolicited bulk email using addresses collected through your form.
We may remove a page or suspend an account that breaches this, without notice where the harm is immediate. We do not pre-screen pages, but we act on reports.
Leads you collect
The people who fill in your form are giving their details to you, not to us. That makes you responsible for:
- having a lawful basis to collect and use those details, and telling people what you will do with them — the consent text field on the form block exists for this;
- answering their requests to access, correct or delete what you hold;
- whatever happens to the data once your webhook delivers it elsewhere.
We store and forward that data on your instructions and do not use it for our own purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Support during beta is best-effort, by email, from one person.
Ending it
You can delete your pages or your account at any time. Deletion removes your pages, blocks, leads and analytics permanently.
We may end your access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and time to export your data.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or [cap — commonly USD 100 while free].
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — Israel unless a company is registered elsewhere], and disputes go to the courts of [city]. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this does not remove rights you have under your local law.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders and update the date above. Continuing to use LeadInBio after that means you accept the new version.
